Balihoo Drove 9:1 ROAS with $2MM Incremental In-Store Sales for Kitchen & Bath Client

Challenge

EMX’s Balihoo team was contacted by a client in the Kitchen & Bathindustry. The goal of the project was to implement a locally targeted a locally targeted digital media strategy to drive in-store sales.  Local showrooms from across the area pooled their financial resources to fund a promotional campaign dedicated to the Fall season. With every business founder hoping to drive customer flow to their stores, they needed to see an increase in foot traffic that could be attributed to the efforts of this initiative. 

Analysis

The Balihoo team sought to deliver an effective, full-funnel, hyper-localized campaign to the client, so we combined EMX Display and Paid Search tactics, hand-in-hand with hyper-localized targeting catered to their audience. We worked hard to ensure our strategy was tailored directly to the client’s local demographic and messaging requirements. 

Impact

Since the launch of the campaign in Q3, the in-store sales for showrooms who participated in our Paid Search & Display campaigns have seen an impressive 2X lift. This resulted in an incremental revenue of over $2 million, with even more success anticipated for Q4.
