Balihoo Improves Cost Per Booking for Healthcare Advertiser

Challenge

For a healthcare advertiser, previous paid search solutions were not driving the efficient results. Individual locations had no other option but to withdraw their Search budgets and consequently pass up opportunities to drive maximal bookings. The advertiser came to EMX’s Balihoo with the hope of reestablishing paid search solutions and to drive efficient bookings.

Analysis

EMX utilized our Balihoo platform for its advanced keyword and ad copy localization capabilities to scale solutions across hundreds of key locations for the client. We were able to realize significant improvements in Paid Search performance.

Impact

Since the launch of the campaign in March 2020, we saw an incredible 27 consecutive months of Cost-Per Booking as it surpassed averaged by 60%. We increased conversion rates by 77%.
