The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture multi-level relationships with key decision-makers, fostering communities that drive collaborative growth and transformation.
  • Proactively seek out and engage new business prospects—both externally and within existing accounts—using a targeted, multi-channel networking approach.
  • Guide prospects through non-linear, consultative sales processes by leveraging goal-based frameworks to diagnose challenges, maintain momentum, and secure alignment.
  • Act as a listening post by gathering competitive insights, customer feedback, and industry trends, then translating these insights into actionable strategies.
  • Develop and share disruptive content and compelling narratives that challenge conventional thinking, reframe client challenges, and establish the organization as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that market insights and customer needs drive not only innovative strategies but the deployment of these strategies in the market.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within market research or related fields.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of consumer insights, marketing strategy, and marketing activation.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and sell complex research and insights solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for explaining intricate concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and forecasts effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA is advantageous.
