CARAVAN Data Drives Impactful Content for Major Credit Reporting Firm

Working with a global communications consultancy, a leader in the credit reporting industry wanted to reinforce their reputations as a thought leader and provider of useful consumer financial information.

What we did:

To understand how credit scores play a role in consumers’ feelings of financial security, Big Village’s CARAVAN team reviewed and edited the client’s draft questionnaire which asked U.S. adults to assess their views of their credit scores in the current economic landscape. We fielded the study among a nationally representative sample of 2,011 US adults over a five-day period. Results were delivered to the client the day after fielding was completed.

The result:

The findings from the CARAVAN survey were used to help fuel a thought leadership piece for the client, to help reinforce their authority as a provider of consumer financial information. The client’s analysis of the survey data, which gave particular focus to Gen Z, was posted on the company’s website, and incorporated into press materials.
