Exceeding CTR, Lowering CPC

Chick-Fil-A asked Big Village to increase their click-through-rate while keeping cost-per-click at less than $3.

We used a combination of our data, Chick-Fil-A’s data, and our own automated paid search platform to build non-branded AdWords campaigns unique to each store location.

We customized campaigns based on population and individual store hours, prioritizing high-bid adjustments for mobile, since mobile audience generally search for local services.

We surpassed our CTR goal by 300%.

And averaged a $0.86 CPC (that’s $2.14 under the goal).
